Friendly and helpful staff. A nice clean hotel in the traditional Venetian style. Rooms small but adequate. Excellent breakfast choices. Easy walking distance to the Rialto and San Marco.

Very nice place and location. Staff were fantastic. Could do with new towels and pillows, however.

My third visit was as pleasant as the first with a true representation of Venice... the two gentlemen on the desk could not be more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It remains my go to hotel in Venice.

Great hotel, will be back. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we felt safe and secure in the hotel. Room was spacious even with 3 of us it in and the aircon was fantastic. Lovely crisp sheets on the bed. Was very clean Bathroom a little small, but 3 women managed to navigate this with no issues. Shower was powerful with lots of hot water available Only slight thing was although plenty of soap and shower gel there was no shampoo. I'm sure had we asked this would have been remedied but we had our own so wasn't a problem. The other minor issue was the hairdryer, but that's nothing new in any hotel!! Breakfast was superb, the perfect continental of fresh fruit and pastries, meat, cheese, bread. Plentiful, fresh and replenished if it looked low. Hotel is a great location, minutes for the major attractions and vaparetto stops. An issue which may be a problem for some people is the lack of lift and lots of stairs, but I've yet to stay anywhere in Venice that didn't have this issue.

Hotel staff was wonderful, and very helpful. The room was very nice great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Our family of 7 stayed in two extra large rooms (a triple and a quadruple.) The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings and lovely furnishings. It was cold and rainy outside, but they were warm and cozy. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was perfect for tourists and we were able to easily catch a water taxi to the airport in the morning. This hotel was a great value for our family and I would highly recommend it.

the hotel had fine location , wonderfool staff , fine breakfast , very clean and very warm rooms the only think that need to be change is the bathrooms need to renovate this is not complain but advice we thank you for all

We had a large group of several rooms. Checkin was easy and quick. The rooms were very nice especially the triple rooms were very spacious and had a nice size bathroom. The front desk was always helpful. They recommended and made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant as well as arranged our water taxi to the airport for a very early departure!! Great location too, close to everything.

Great location. East walk to all sights, restaurants, market and vaporetto stops. Very nice included breakfast. Reception very welcoming, especially Alessandro. Small room but we had a terrace that made it special for sitting outside in the morning and evening.

It is very central and the breakfast room ist very beautiful. We had a good room and we appreciated, that the hotel is in the city center.

Clean , warm hotel ( we stayed in February). Lovely, varied breakfast. Staff were helpful. Great location, quite near St Marks square. Staff at reception day and night. Will def stay again

Great location, delicious breakfast, good costumers service. There is something to keep in mind if you are a big person. Shower was little. Well clean but small. It did not affect us at all. But it is something to consider if you are not little.

Nice room(no. 9) With 2 balcony over one canal Good central location. Good breakfast. But it is time to uppdate the hotel a bit. Svenne o Sollan

Our stay at the Centauro was very nice. It is located close to all the sites in Venice that you want to see, was very clean, comfortable, the breakfast included was very good. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. *****

Nice hotel with high ceiling bedrooms typical of Venice. Excellent location, quiet and central. We would definitely come back ! The bathroom could be a bit bigger and more modern but it is fine.

A lovely hotel in the middle of Venice. Very centrally located. Rooms are a bit dated but also very charming. The complimentary breakfast is so good and the best coffee!! Reception was helpful in finding restaurants, direction etc.
