"Great hotel, will be back. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we felt safe and secure in the hotel. Room was spacious even with 3 of us it in and the aircon was fantastic. Lovely crisp sheets on the bed. Was very clean Bathroom a little small, but 3 women managed to navigate this with no issues. Shower was powerful with lots of hot water available Only slight thing was although plenty of soap and shower gel there was no shampoo. I'm sure had we asked this would have been remedied but we had our own so wasn't a problem. The other minor issue was the hairdryer, but that's nothing new in any hotel!! Breakfast was superb, the perfect continental of fresh fruit and pastries, meat, cheese, bread. Plentiful, fresh and replenished if it looked low. Hotel is a great location, minutes for the major attractions and vaparetto stops. An issue which may be a problem for some people is the lack of lift and lots of stairs, but I've yet to stay anywhere in Venice that didn't have this issue."
