Very nice guy at the reception, room was clean and quiet. Will return if given a chance. Breakfast would be perfect if there were scrambled or fried eggs. Coffee was good.

All is good only problem is elevator and breakfast little more variety . Reception and staff is very good and polite and very good price for rooms

Hotel Centauro was a fantastic spot to stay. The location was great. It was very close to any sights you would want to see as well as a quick walk to the water bus/taxi. The staff at the hotel was excellent and had good recommendations for food. The hotel was clean and well kept, the breakfast in the morning has solid options as well. The price was pretty reasonable for a couple nights stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Venice, but especially if it’s your first time coming to Venice. Grazie Mille!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay for our week in Venice! From check in to when we left the service was friendly and warm. The location cannot be beat and the hotel of course has the old world charm. If you are into the standard chain type hotels this place is not for you…if you like more ambience, boutique style and character then this is it. We would definitely stay here again and thank everyone for a wonderful time.

We stayed in hotel Centauro for 3 nights in March 2025 and had a fantastic time. The location was great, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great food recommendations. Our room was very big and breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Venice.

Great little hotel, not to far from the action,restaurants bridges shopping gelatos.Theres no elevator, seniors watch out for that, a long way to the 3rd floor.Theres a young man behind the deck, with great hair, and a great attitude he’ll keep you informed about the neighborhood,I enjoyed talking to him

The Location of the Hotel is very good but can be hard to find for someone not familiar with the city The stairs to the rooms are steep and not easy to climb Very nice breakfastroom with view of the Canal Very nice staff in the hotel that really want you to feel welcome Not too much on the breakfast but sufficient enough

Apart form the very small shower cabin everything was in line with our expectations .

Hotel Centauro was exceptional. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was absolutely wonderful (even for me as a vegetarian), our room was quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful architecture - It is like stepping into the charm of another era. The location was excellent, only a short walk to San Marco Plaza. We have already recommended it to friends who are going to Venice. Will definitely stay again. Many thanks.

Really nice hotel in the best area possible, few minutes early to main attractions. Nice and very helpful receptionists, pleasure to communicate. Pretty and tidy room, everything what is needed is there - kettle, cups, towels, shower gel etc. Nice breakfast. I enjoyed the stay very much and was very pleased to use late check out and bag storage.

The hotel is well located in city center. The room is clean and organízed. Exactly same as in photos. Breakfast was great and proper time. Reception is very helpful and polite. We are happy to stay in this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. A nice clean hotel in the traditional Venetian style. Rooms small but adequate. Excellent breakfast choices. Easy walking distance to the Rialto and San Marco.

My third visit was as pleasant as the first with a true representation of Venice... the two gentlemen on the desk could not be more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It remains my go to hotel in Venice.

Great hotel, will be back. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we felt safe and secure in the hotel. Room was spacious even with 3 of us it in and the aircon was fantastic. Lovely crisp sheets on the bed. Was very clean Bathroom a little small, but 3 women managed to navigate this with no issues. Shower was powerful with lots of hot water available Only slight thing was although plenty of soap and shower gel there was no shampoo. I'm sure had we asked this would have been remedied but we had our own so wasn't a problem. The other minor issue was the hairdryer, but that's nothing new in any hotel!! Breakfast was superb, the perfect continental of fresh fruit and pastries, meat, cheese, bread. Plentiful, fresh and replenished if it looked low. Hotel is a great location, minutes for the major attractions and vaparetto stops. An issue which may be a problem for some people is the lack of lift and lots of stairs, but I've yet to stay anywhere in Venice that didn't have this issue.

Hotel staff was wonderful, and very helpful. The room was very nice great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
